this recipe makes me want to turnip. holy eff!!! like obvi i’m biased but this is amazing. it’s so good. i almost cried when i ate it. please cook this. please try it. ahhhh. ⁣⠀ ⁣⠀ also, this recipe will be for just the meat. it tastes delish served over rice. you could do quinoa or cauliflower rice. this picture looks kinda fancy. there’s some chopped chives and sesame seeds. i used to never add such fancy stuff to my food. it seemed like a waste of time and money. it’s not. they really add an added level of flavor but also why would you not want to eat fancy? ⁣⠀ ⁣⠀ cooking at home & cooking for yourself is a part of “treating yourself”. you deserve to put good things into your body. an extra $3 on some sesame seeds will make you feel more like you’re eating out and really pulls everything together! ⁣⠀ ⁣⠀ ingredients:⁣⠀ • 1 lb ground turkey ⁣⠀ • 2-3

tbsp minced garlic ⁣⠀ • 1/4 c brown sugar ⁣⠀ • 1/4 c soy sauce ⁣⠀ • 1 tsp chili paste ⁣⠀ ⁣⠀ directions:⁣⠀ • brown ground turkey w garlic ⁣⠀ • while turkey is cooking, mix all the rest of the ingredients in a bowl ⁣⠀ • once turkey is browned, add in sauce and cook for 5 more minutes ⁣⠀ ⁣⠀ simple as that! so packed w flavor and honestly not the worst for you!!⁣⠀ ⁣⠀ #homecooking #mealprep #eathealthy #cookforyourself #treatyourself
