i've said it once and i will say it again. breakfast is so important and SO easy to prep!! i have had these breakfast burritos for like the past 3 weeks. like not even sure why i put dates on them because they do not last at all!! ⠀ i am going to apologize in advanced because this isn't much of a recipe, more of a guideline but i promise you can't mess these up and they are going to taste so great!! feel free to make little changes to suit your likes! also, if you ever have questions about recipes feel free to dm me. i promise it isn't weird and people do it all the time!⠀ ingredients: ⠀ • 10-12 tortillas ⠀ • 1 lb ground turkey sausage ⠀ • 1/2 bag tater tots ⠀ • 8 eggs - scrambled (you'll probs need some milk and stuff) ⠀ • bag of cheese ⠀ directions:⠀ • bake your tater tots according to directions!⠀ • in a large skillet, cook your meat. then put it in a bowl with a paper towl.⠀ • drain the grease off the pan, but don't wash. cook your scrambled eggs in this pan. then toss them in a bowl too. ⠀ • allow all these things to cool down before making your burritos. i did all this stuff at the beginning of my sunday cooking and then let everything sit till the end!⠀ • have all your ingredients set out in an assembly line and assemble, wrap it up and then wrap it in aluminum foil. i store mine then in a gallon size ziploc bag to keep them all together and protect them from the elements a little more! ⠀ #homecooking #mealprep #breakfast #breakfastburritos #breakfastprep #mostimportantmealoftheday #savemoney
