i did it. i finally tried over night oats!! so so easy to just grab a mason jar out of the fridge every morning, no matter how much of a rush i am in. ⠀ ⠀ i made these all on sunday night and ate them every morning through friday. still just as delicious every morning and way less work!! ⠀ ⠀ this week i did a pina colada flavor. can’t wait to try more kinds. keep posted! ⠀ ⠀ ingredients:⠀ • 1/2 c oats⠀ • 1/2 c almond milk (whatever works pals)⠀ • 1/2 a banana ⠀ • 2 tbsp crushed pineapple ⠀ • 1 tbsp shredded coconut ⠀ • 1 tsp maple syrup⠀ • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract ⠀ ⠀ directions ⠀ • set out 5 mason jars ⠀ • mix all ingredients in each jar. i did one jar at a time, all the ingredients, then went back w a spoon and mixed them all at the same time. ⠀ • these measurements are for one jar!! ⠀ ⠀ i am not a huge sweet breakfast person. i feel like i may do 1/3 c : 1/3 c ratio the next time i make over night oats. as long as you do a 1:1 you will be fine. this simply means, same exact amount of milk and oats!!⠀ ⠀ #homecooking #mealprep #breakfast #overnightoats #eathealthy
