i did it. i finally tried over night oats!! so so easy to just grab a mason jar out of the fridge every morning, no matter how much of a rush i am in. ⁣⠀ ⁣⠀ i made these all on sunday night and ate them every morning through friday. still just as delicious every morning and way less work!! ⁣⠀ ⁣⠀ this week i did a pina colada flavor. can’t wait to try more kinds. keep posted! ⁣⠀ ⁣⠀ ingredients:⁣⠀ • 1/2 c oats⁣⠀ • 1/2 c almond milk (whatever works pals)⁣⠀ • 1/2 a banana ⁣⠀ • 2 tbsp crushed pineapple ⁣⠀ • 1 tbsp shredded coconut ⁣⠀ • 1 tsp maple syrup⁣⠀ • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract ⁣⠀ ⁣⠀ directions ⁣⠀ • set out 5 mason jars ⁣⠀ • mix all ingredients in each jar. i did one jar at a time, all the ingredients, then went back w a spoon and mixed them all at the same time. ⁣⠀ • these measurements are for one jar!! ⁣⠀ ⁣⠀ i am not a huge sweet breakfast person. i feel like i may do 1/3 c : 1/3 c ratio the next time i make over night oats. as long as you do a 1:1 you will be fine. this simply means, same exact amount of milk and oats!!⁣⠀ ⁣⠀ #homecooking #mealprep #breakfast #overnightoats #eathealthy
