i was pretty impressed with this one you guys. these are basically homemade granola bars. they are soft and chewy. pretty delightful. i actually ate these for breakfast and for a snack for the week. ⠀ ⠀ the only thing super fancy about this recipe is the oat flour. you don’t need to buy anything special. literally put your oats in a blender and turn it on. you’ll want to blend it until it is like a flour texture. i think my blender was a solid $10 and it did the trick! personally i think it is kinda fun to do new things like use oat flour hehe⠀ ⠀ ingredients: ⠀ 2 brown bananas – mashed ⠀ ½ c coconut oil – melted ⠀ 2/3 c honey⠀ 1 egg – beaten ⠀ 2 tsp vanilla extract ⠀ 2 ½ c oats – the normal ones ⠀ 1 cup oat flour – yay⠀ ½ tsp cinnamon ⠀ dash of salt ⠀ ⠀ directions: ⠀ preheat oven to 350 and grease a 9x13 pan⠀ in a large bowl, mix bananas, coconut oil, honey, egg and vanilla⠀ in another bowl, mix oats, flour, cinnamon and salt ⠀ add the oat mixture to the banana mixture and mix it well ⠀ pour into your pan and bake for about 20 minutes. you are looking for the edges to be a pretty golden brown ⠀ ⠀ #homecooking #breakfast #trysometingnew #funrecipie #snacks #mealprep
