a few weeks ago, i had volunteered to bring a breakfast treat to class. i had monkey bread on my mind, but monkey bread isn’t really a dish to share with class. this little adaptation makes you 36 mini monkey breads! ⁣ a little tip, try to not purchase jumbo biscuits. most likely you are going to see 12 oz packages. if you can get a 12 oz package with 12 biscuits, you are going to be most successful and i am going to write the recipe like that’s what you have. if you happen to get a package of 8, that is what i bought, just guessimate splitting them up! ⁣ ingredients: ⁣ •3 packages of biscuit dough ⁣ •1 cup of sugar⁣ •2 tsp cinnamon⁣ •2 sticks of butter⁣ •1 cup of brown sugar ⁣ directions:⁣ •preheat oven to 350 and put your cupcake liners in a pan. ⁣ •mix white sugar and cinnamon in a gallon sized bag⁣ •cut each biscuit up individually. once one is cut, put it in the bag of cinnamon sugar, shake it up, and then out those cubes of dough into a cupcake liner. repeat. ⁣ •in a saucepan mix brown sugar and butter. bring it to a boil and boil it for a minute. •spoon this mixture over each cup. i just used a normal spoon and did about 1 and a half spoonfuls per cup ⁣ •bake for about 18 minutes ⁣ p.s. i suck at posting on this account but i am DROWNING in life rn so thanks for still loving me at my worst lol ⁣ #homecooking #monkeybread #easy #yummy #sharefood
