i am SO mad at myself for not taking a cute pic of this food. this was my last tupperware full and it sat in the fridge for a week, but we’re just going w it bc these are my fav noodles and need to spread the love! these noodles can be ate hot or cold, as a side or as your main dish, you can add veggies or meat! really they’re just a staple. they’re so easy that when i get sick of what i had meal prepped, i just whip these up! this recipe calls for toasted seasame oil. i’ve posted another recipe that uses it and chances are i’ll post 10 more. seasame oil is expensive, but honestly worth every penny!! i’ve had mine for a year and i’m not even half through it! and it adds SO MUCH FLAVOR YOU GUYS!! it really is worth it! once you taste these noodles, the pain of the cost will be much more bearable!! ingredients: • box of spaghetti noodles (you can be fancy and get some out of the asian isle but spaghetti work just fine - i even use whole wheat bc health) • one to two heaping spoonfuls of minced garlic • 1 tbsp seasame oil • 1 tbsp rice vinegar (cheap - just buy it) • 1 tbsp brown sugar • 1/4 c soy sauce • 1 tsp chili paste (in asian isle - kinda spicy but v delish) directions: • cook noodles • mix everything else in bowl • add noodles to bowl • that’s literally it #homecooking #mealprep #noodles #asianfood #easy #cheap #buytheoil
