here is another kitchen staple you need: lemon juice. this post is going to make me sound like a v unprofessional chef (because that’s what i am lol), but i use lemon juice pretty much every time a recipe calls for any type of lemon or lime. it is far less messy and time consuming.⠀ ⠀ another GREAT reason to keep this stuff in your fridge is homemade lemonade. when we were little, we made homemade lemonade all the time. i will say back then i was living a far more luxurious life and we had the name brand lemon juice that had the recipe on the side but save yourself some money and just google it. sometimes water just doesn’t hit the spot, i don’t drink soda, and i don’t really want sugary juice around. this is a nice thing to just have so i can have the occasional lemonade!⠀ ⠀ there are so many uses for lemon juice outside of cooking. you can put some in your hair for free natural highlights #ballinonabudget lol, but also cleaning, deodorizing, all that fun stuff. ⠀ ⠀ #homecooking #kitchenstaple #pantryneed #lemonjuice
