ok, so maybe this isn’t really munchies, but in the summer i like lunches that i can just kinda snack on rather than eat a full meal. cheese sticks are a huge staple in my diet. and you need crackers with cheese. something as simple as buying some new fun crackers can really change the last of your entire lunch. these are veggie rice crackers and they were soooo delish.⠀ the ‘main’ part of this lunch was the chicken salad. i love chicken salad because you can change it up so easily. i threw in some sliced almonds because i had them sitting around. i also used some dill fresh outta my garden because i also had that laying around. this is going to sound weird but add a tablespoon of brown sugar into your chicken salad. it sounds so weird, but the brown sugar adds a different dimension of flavor to chicken salad that you probably haven’t had before. ⠀ for the chicken component, i bought rotisserie chicken that was already taken off the bone. this is a game changer. i am not a huge fan of taking meat off the bone. i checked and it is about the same price to get the meat off the bone, rather than getting all the stuff that you can’t really eat. by purchasing this, you can have your lunch ready for the week in less than 10 minutes.
