another ugly picture :( sorry guys sometimes i love eating the food so much that i forget to take a picture. i end up debating even posting these recipes but honestly this was soooo easy and yummy that i need to post the ugly picture and deal with it!! ⠀ ⠀ all you need to do for this recipe is throw the chicken part into the crockpot & prep some veggies. i would recommend packing these items separately for lunch. you can eat this hot or cold. i put my pita in a container, chicken in another & veggies in another. the chicken will make your pita too soggy to be in there all day. at the beginning of the week you can pack 5 pitas, 5 chicken & 5 veggies up so every morning all you have to do is throw the items into your lunch box!! ⠀ ⠀ ingredients:⠀ • 1 onion sliced ⠀ • minced garlic (tablespoon??)⠀ • 2-3 chicken breast ⠀ • 1/2 tsp oregano ⠀ • 1/4 tsp salt and pepper ⠀ • 1 tsp lemon juice ⠀ • single serve container plain yogurt ⠀ ⠀ directions:⠀ • add everything except for the yogurt to a crockpot ⠀ • cook on low for about 5 hours ⠀ • after 5 hours, shred chicken & add yogurt. stir and cook for about 30 more minutes ⠀ ⠀ the veggies i prepped were cucumbers, green pepper and tomatoes! i think it would be super yummy to throw on some feta cheese too!! ⠀ ⠀ #homecooking #mealprep #youcandoit #eathealthy
