i feel like i have said this a million times, but you don’t need to be the most creative to not eat boring food. all you need to do is change up ‘normal’ foods. this here is basically chicken salad with a Mexican influence. ⠀ recipes like these aren’t going to be right or wrong. you could add olives, jalapenos, tomatoes, anything really! i used the organic spicy white cheddar doritos to eat this, but you could just do normal tortilla chips as well!⠀ ingredients: ⠀ •2 cans of chicken – drained ⠀ •½ can of corn – drained ⠀ •1 can diced green peppers – drained ⠀ •½ red onion – diced ⠀ •taco seasoning ⠀ •½ cup mayo⠀ directions:⠀ •add all your ingredients together and taste. add taco seasoning sprinkle by sprinkle, as it is pretty salty!!!⠀ #homecooking #easyrecipe #mealprep #mealprepping #youcandoit
