for lunch the last few weeks i’ve been having these ‘bowls’ idk what to really call them but i think the foodies call the bowls. also, yes, this was my lunch 3 weeks ago, i am just now typing this post and it may not get posted for another week or so. this page is a lot of work sometimes so thanks for putting up w me lol! ⁣ this recipe is vegetarian & vegan and DELISH!! to make it:⁣ • you’ll want to make roasted sweet potatoes (scroll down a lil) ⁣ • open a can of black beans (you got it) ⁣ • make some quinoa (follow the directions on the bag - use stock/broth instead of just water..tastes so much better) ⁣ • sautée up some kale (i just used the huge bag from walmart..if you need help w this step dm me or comment!)⁣ • toast you some pine nuts (this is kinda boujee you don’t need to do this but it’s delish) ⁣ now, you just want to throw all these ingredients together in 5 different tupperware and store them in the fridge! i love these lunches that i am just able to throw in my lunch box and go. the ones i actually have to prepare for in the mornings make me vomit a little bit bc my mornings are always insane #catmom the fun thing with bowls is you can really switch and swap ingredients to whatever you like, whatever is on sale or whatever is in your fridge! and you look so fancy and healthy #wootwoot #homecooking #mealprep #healthy #kaleisbae #easycooking #cheapcooking
