i was struggling to come up with a heading for this one, but really...just look at it all bubbly and delish. this is a quick and easy chicken recipe with an asian flare. ⠀ you'll have it cooked up in maybe 20 minutes. serve it with some noddles or rice and some veggies and you got yourself a full meal! ⠀ ingredients:⠀ •4 chicken breasts (i had a lot of tenders sitting around and wanted to use them up so you could use those too)⠀ •salt and pepper ⠀ •4 tbs minced garlic ⠀ • 1/3 c honey ⠀ • 2 tbs rice wine vinegar (something cheap that you should own)⠀ • 1 tbs soy sauce ⠀ • 1/4 c chicken broth⠀ directions:⠀ • season your chicken with salt and pepper and cook in a skillet on medium high heat. you'll want to cook it here until it is edible.⠀ • add garlic and cook for about 30 seconds ⠀ • add the rest of your ingredients and cook for about 4 minutes until you sauce thickens⠀ • take off heat once it is heated through and to a thickness you desire. try not to cook more than 5 minutes or it will almost over crystallize once its off the heat!⠀ #homecooking #healthyeating #quickandeasy #recipes
