ok but really this recipie is killer! one of my favorite things about this are all the different ways to eat it. i just at mine w a fork with a little avo while my brother and sister put it on top of nachos! be able to eat a recipe different ways is a great way to not get sick of your meal prep!! ⁣ i cannot wait for zucchini to be back in season. it makes me so sad having to buy these puney things at the store when i know i can grow ones 10x better!! ⁣earth day has me itching to be outside & gardening SO BADLY!! should i post some of my gardening stuff on this page?? ⁣

ingredients: ⁣ • 1 lb ground beef (i think it would be delish w/o) ⁣ • 1 and 1/2 c shredded cheese ⁣ • 2 bell peppers - chopped ⁣ • 1 average size zucchini (3 this time of year/ 1/2 of one in prime zuch season) chopped⁣ • 1 yellow onion - chopped ⁣ • 1 c cherry tomatoes - cut in half⁣ • 1 jalapeño (use it you guys it adds SUCH great flavor and isn’t too spicy!!) ⁣ • 1 tbsp chili powder ⁣ • 2 tsp onion powder ⁣ • 1 tsp cumin ⁣ • 1 tsp paprika ⁣ • 1 tsp dried oregano ⁣ • 1/2 tsp salt ⁣ • spoonful minced garlic ⁣ directions:⁣ • brown your meat over medium high heat ⁣ • after meat is browned, add onion, bell pepper & zucchini cook for 3-5 minutes ⁣ • add tomato and jalapeños, stir and cook for about 5 more minutes ⁣ • add your seasonings and cook for 5 more minutes (these seasonings are basically a homemade taco seasoning. if you need to, use the taco seasoning. if you can, don’t!!! there’s so much salt and processed ingredients! this is going to be 10x tastier!)⁣ • add your cheese ⁣ • enjoy ⁣ #homecooking #mealprep #cookingonabudget #onepan #zuchinni #alltheveggies
