honestly guys, i think kale is so great! also w cheese stuffed pasta & extra cheese, you can’t even taste the heath! this recipe is one of my ‘my life is a mess i need to cook w rotesserie chicken’ hacks! so easy but looks like you’re some healthy master chef
ingredients: • olive oil • 3 heaping spoonfuls minced garlic • 1 & 1/2 c chopped kale • salt & pepper • fancy refrigerated tortellini (you can use frozen - there was just a deal on ibotta and i wanted to treat myself) • 2 c rotesserie chicken • water from after cooking tortellini • 1 c parmesan (i got the fancy stuff in the tupperware - feel free to just get the shredded bag) directions: • cook your tortellini according to directions • drizzle some olive oil in a pan and cook up your garlic • add your kale slowly, you’ll want to add, cook, add, cook, it will get smaller as you cook so you can fit it all • salt and pepper your kale! if you want a little spice throw in some pepper flakes. • add 1/2 c water and keep cooking kale (save more water than this) • drain pasta, add to kale, add chicken as well • if it seems super dry right here - slowly add some water. this dish won’t have a sauce, so you don’t want it floating in water, but you want it moist? weird description. might get tricky, but you got it :) • top w cheese #homecookimg #kale #pasta #mealprep #easy
