i feel like kale chips get a bad rap for being too boujee but I LOVE THEM!! i could eat an entire cookie sheet of them in one setting!   i’m not a huge fan of potato chips but i am a big fan of all types of snacks - especially salty! i love making my own kale chips because i can make them whatever flavor i want!!   the only time i really make kale chips is when i have left over kale from a recipe. for some reason, i can only purchase kale in very large quantities and i never need that much. instead of throwing away my extra, i make chips!!   this is a follow your heart recipe, i hope it works for you:  • preheat oven to 350° • spread kale leaves evenly on a cookie sheet  • drizzle olive oil evenly  • sprinkle w salt & garlic powder (there are so so many other things you can add - i have quite a bit of chili powder on the ones pictured & they’re delish) • mix the oil & seasonings up and re spread out your leaves  • bake for about 20 minutes or until crispy, check on them and stir them around a few times  • store in a tupperware   #homecooking #kalechips #healthysnack #makeityourself
