if everything has gone as planned, i have been back in town for a solid 18 hours and i just really wanted to grace you with this post. lol i am typing this before my trip has even happened and i don’t know why i didn’t post this as soon as it actually worked out because holy frick. ⠀ ⠀ i think i saw something like this was scrolling through maybe insta once and wanted to give it a shot. i really thought it would get soggy and not reheat well. honestly, they would have been best if they were ate as soon as they were done, but i ate two for breakfast every morning for a week and by friday they were still so yummy!⠀ ⠀ this is a super awesome meal prep recipe. it could also feed a lot of people for breakfast. if you are the majority f my followers, you are a college aged student. this would be great to feed your friends before a tailgating? if you are an older follower, i would think you’re the coolest parent if i woke up to frickin breakfast bagel bites after a sleep over!!!⠀ ⠀ ingredients: ⠀ •5 mini bagels ⠀ •butter⠀ •8 eggs ⠀ •milk ⠀ •salt and pepper ⠀ •real bacon bits ⠀ •shredded cheddar ⠀ ⠀ directions: ⠀ •preheat oven to 350 and line a sheet pan with parchment paper. ⠀ •butter your bagels and throw them in the oven for 10-15 minutes to get them nice and toasty. ⠀ •while you are toasting your bagels, make some scrambled eggs. this can be which ever way you’d like to. i threw dried chives into mine. cook them up. ⠀ •top bagels with eggs, cheese and bacon bits ⠀ •bake for 10 minutes. really all you need to do here is melt the cheese. ⠀ ⠀ i stuck two in a tupperware, microwave them for 1 minute before i left the house and ate these while i commuted to my 3rd graders! ⠀ #homecooking #breakfast #mealprep #bagelbites #breakfastbagelbites #brekafastprep #eathealthy
