one thing picky eaters refuse to eat is fish. personally, i am a huge fan. there are so many great tasting different types of fish and so many ways you can prepare it. this recipe is so rich and delicious. the topping is packed full of so much flavor, that if you are someone who refuses to eat fish, this would be a great place to start. i’m not even joking guys i miss this fish so much and i’m sad i ate it all. ⠀
ingredients:⠀
•4 tilapia fillets ⠀ •bag of shredded parm (like 6 oz i think? a little more or a little less is fine) ⠀ •1/3 cup mayo⠀ •2 tbs chives (i used dried but fresh would be yummy too) ⠀ •½ tsp black pepper ⠀ •¼ tsp dried basil⠀ •¼ tsp seasoning salt (old bay would work well too)⠀ ⠀ directions:⠀ •preheat oven to 375 and line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil⠀ •mix all your ingredients other than the fish in a bowl⠀ •place fish on baking sheet and the mixture on top⠀ •bake for 10 minutes⠀ •switch oven to broil and broil for just 3-4 minutes to crisp it up a little ⠀ ⠀ #homecooking #fishy #trynewthings #mealprep #eathealthy
