jokes it actually shrimpy, but i’m not feeling v creative rn. so, i’m not a huge fan of shrimp. i bought a two pound bag a few months ago to force myself to be & it did not work. fast forward to now, i have a pound of shrimp and need to do something. also, i accidentally bought some cajun seasoning (honestly idk how i was trying to grab one thing and got home and had cajun??) so here’s this recipe. ⁣ i used this as my lunch meal prep. i cooked up some rice/quinoa and put that down, then put the shrimp veggie combo on top! ⁣but this would also make a super yummy dinner!! ⁣ ingredients:⁣ • 1 pound shrimp ⁣ • 1 bundle asparagus ⁣ • yellow squash (i used three little ones, as it warms up probably just one regular sized one) ⁣ • olive oil ⁣ • cajun seasoning ⁣ directions⁣ • preheat oven to 350°⁣ • de-tail your shrimp ⁣ • cut up your veggies ⁣ • like a cookie sheet w foil ⁣ • add everything to sheet ⁣ • drizzle w oil ⁣ • top w seasonings & mix ⁣ • cook for 25-30 minutes (just until squash is soft) ⁣ i really wanted zucchini in this, but safeway was out! i would def recommend doing half zucchini and half yellow squash! also as this was cooking, i decided to add some more seasoning. i really wanted to mask the shrimp flavor. you can do as much or as little as you’d like! ⁣ #homecooking #cajunfood #mealprep #easyrecipie #shrimp #sheetpandinner
