this is just a kind of random post to tell you that meal prepping doesn't have to be super planned out, a recipe, a casserole or anything that you are telling yourself it is. for this week of meal prepping, i grilled up some chicken, boiled some gnocci and threw that stuff in the fridge. when i warmed up my food for the night i threw on some jarred pesto. ⠀ ⠀ healthiest meal in the world? no. much better than things i could've been eating, though! and this is by far my 'least fancy' meal prepping. it still fed me for the week and that's what counts.⠀ ⠀ also, i feel like this picture/filter makes my chicken looks raw. it was fully cooked. no worries!⠀ ⠀ #homecooking #easymealprep #mealprep #youcanmealprep
