here is a picture of some beautiful nachos i’ve had recently. how do you make nachos i’m a crockpot? lol you don’t. it’s whats on the nachos i’m going to post about! this is a recipe for salsa chicken. this recipe could be used for so many things. not only did i eat this on top of nachos, i had it as a taco salad and put it on a shell as a taco. you can put it on top of rice. if you’re trying to eliminate carbs, you could just eat the meat itself w maybe a little avo? the nice thing about a recipe that can be eaten in many different ways is, if you’re meal prepping this, you aren’t going to get sick of this after a week. if you’re making this for your family and have some picky eaters, you can give them options and plenty of different ways to eat this recipe! if you’re making this recipe, use a crock pot liner. it is going to cut your clean up time in half, making this recipe take literally like 10 minutes of your work!! ingredients: • 4 chicken breasts • jar of salsa (the chunkier the better) • can of cream of chicken soup • taco seasoning • can of corn • can of black beans directions: • lay chicken down & season w taco seasoning • add in all the other ingredients • stir • cook on low for 6 hours • optional: i shredded my chicken that’s literally it. so easy! if you’re struggling to cook at home because of the time and energy, start here. make these easy recipes that really take nothing, then move up from there. #homecooking #easycooking #crockpotrecipe #salsachicken
