for those of you that don’t know, i am a grandma at heart. one thing you have to know about grandmas is that they love casseroles. ⁣ all joking aside, this recipe is SO easy, as most casseroles are, and super yummy! this is one of my mental breakdown rotesserie chicken recipes. it literally takes 3 minutes to throw together & then just toss in the oven!! ⁣ ingredients: ⁣ • 2 c rotesserie chicken ⁣ • 1 bag frozen broccoli (thawed) ⁣ • 1 can cream of chicken soup ⁣ • 1 c uncooked rice ⁣ • 2 c shredded cheese ⁣ • 1/2 c mayo ⁣ • 1 sleeve of ritz ⁣ • 1 tbsp melted butter ⁣ • salt & pepper ⁣ directions:⁣ • preheat your oven to 350°⁣ • cook your rice according to its directions ⁣ • in a large bowl mix everything except butter & ritz! don’t forget your salt & pepper! ⁣ • crush your ritz in a ziploc bag⁣ • put the mixture into a 9x13 pan, top w ritz & butter ⁣ • bake for 30 minutes ⁣ that’s it!! so easy! if you wanna go a little healthier (idk if this will actually do anything) you don’t need as much cheese. i just love cheese. you can substitute the crackers for corn flakes as well! also, the chicken doesn’t have to be rotisserie. if you want - just cook up some chicken & use that! ⁣ #homecooking #quickcooking #easycooking #casserole
