this is pretty much another dump recipe. pretty much zero dishes. so much deliciousness. minimal ingredients. 10/10 would recommend trying this, though i do hope that you try lots of the things that i post. ⠀ ⠀ i served this with brown rice and some veggies. personally, i thought some siracha drizzled on top was delicious too! this would be great to throw on top of a bed of rice in a tupperware and just warm up at work or school!!⠀ ⠀ ingredients: ⠀ 4 chicken breasts⠀ salt and pepper ⠀ minced garlic ⠀ 1 c bbq sauce ⠀ 1 cup chunked pineapple⠀ ¼ c real bacon bits⠀ ½ a red onion sliced ⠀ 1 c mozzarella cheese ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ directions: ⠀ preheat oven to 375⠀ lay chicken down, give it a nice coating of salt, pepper and garlic and cover w bbq sauce ⠀ add pineapple, bacon and onion on top. top that with cheese ⠀ bake for 25 minutes and broil for the last 5 to get cheese nice and melty ⠀ ⠀ #homecooking #mealprep #mealprepping #hawaiianchicken #healthyeating
