i keep going back and forth between sweet and savory breakfast prep. would you rather a sweet or savory bfast? i most def lean towards the savory and that’s what i went with this week. ⠀ ⠀ all this is, is breakfast potatoes topped with scrambled eggs w spinach & salsa. i’ve also been adding cheese, just forgot the day i took this pic. ⠀ ⠀ cook up your potatoes and eggs, throw them into a tupperware, don’t add cheese until they’re all the way cool. portion out salsa into little containers. warm up the morning of. ⠀ ⠀ i’m going to give you guys a quick & east bfast potato recipe that you can use for either this recipe or really whatever your heart desires. ⠀ ⠀ ingredients:⠀ * 3 potatoes - cubed ⠀ * olive oil⠀ * seasoning salt⠀ * pepper ⠀ * garlic powder ⠀ ⠀ directions:⠀ * preheat oven to 450° and line a cookie sheet w aluminum foil (i had to use two) ⠀ * spread out your potatoes and drizzle w olive oil ⠀ * add seasonings. i went the hardest w the seasoning salt. like half way through, give one a taste then add more if needed.⠀ * bake for about 30 minutes. giving them a stir or two throughout. ⠀ ⠀ #homecooking #mealprep #breakfast #mostimportantmealoftheday
