if you know me, you know i love being extra. obviously i’m the same way with the things i eat & i love salmon! the thing is, it’s super doable! i buy a 4 piece of salmon at safeway for just $5! if you aren’t a huge fish person, i still encourage you to try this! the sauce on this is amazing and i love using fish to kinda break up my typical chicken and ground beef ruts! ⁣ ingredients ⁣ • 4 pieces of salmon ⁣ • salt and pepper ⁣ • 2 tbs butter ⁣ • 3 large scoops of minced garlic ⁣ • 4 tbs honey ⁣ • 1 tbs water ⁣ • 2 tsp soy sauce ⁣ • 1 tbs lemon juice (i always keep a bottle of this in the fridge) ⁣ directions ⁣ • preheat your oven to low broil ⁣ • melt your butter in a sauce pan ⁣ • add garlic and cook for a minute ⁣ • add honey, water & soy sauce. cook for a few minutes. ⁣ • add in your lemon juice and cook for 2 more minutes ⁣ • put your salmon into the sauce pan skin side down, season with salt and pepper, scoop some of that sauce on top of salmon and cook for 3-4 minutes. ⁣ • transfer salmon to a foil lined pan and cook for 5-6 minutes in oven ⁣ #homecooking #cookingonabudget #mealprep #salmon
