guys, i needed something to make to take to a lil potluck dinner, but i did not have the time or energy to actually make something. flashback to 7th grade & i remembered oreo truffles!!!⁣ the awesome thing about these are the fact that you can switch up the flavors with like zero effort. just simply get a different kind of oreos or a different kind of chocolate. that easy! ⁣ ingredients:⁣ • one package of oreos ⁣ • one block of cream cheese (softened)⁣ • one bag of chocolate chips ⁣ directions:⁣ • crush the oreos. i did this in my blender. a food processor is ideal but who has one of those another easy way is to throw them into a gallon zip loc bag & smash! ⁣ • mix the cream cheese & oreo crumbles but save a lil bit of crumble to make your truffles fancy!!⁣ • roll into one inch balls and refrigerate for 30 minutes ⁣ • melt chocolate (i did this w a double broiler method. i put a glass bowl on top of boiling water on the stovetop. i really recommend this method, so you don’t have to worry about burning the chocolate!) ⁣ • coat truffles (i used two forks) and top w oreos! ⁣ • chill for another 30 minutes! ⁣ #homecooking #desert #easycooking #quickrecipie
